Okay, So i know i promised to never actually write anything on this blog.
so In 1971 Norman Mclaren made stripes and marks on cards and filmed them with 35 millimeter film and let it bleed into the audio track. ( the audio track on film is optically based)
and from that he made this film.....
recently i was reminded of his work and similar by the Okay Go video.
which made me think of someone making the mario theme using an RC car...
which reminded me of the honda Musical Road .. "grooves"
which basically brought me back to Norman Mclaren.
okay, I'll probably never write anything on here ever again...
( and yes, there are musical roads all over the place, be sure to check youtube, and of course the jersey parkway rumble strips as you approach the tolls)
